These terms govern the purchase of Core and Shield products from mounthydra.com. By ordering, you agree to them. Core and Shield products are sold for professional use by licensed clinicians.
Who Can Order
Core and Shield is a professional cosmetic product sold to licensed clinicians and aesthetic practices. By placing an order you confirm you are a licensed professional, or purchasing on behalf of a licensed practice, and that you are 18 or older.
Products and Use
The Core and Shield kit contains two 2ml vials, Core and Shield, for topical cosmetic use on intact skin only. Core and Shield has not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for use with microneedling, laser, radiofrequency, or any other skin-barrier procedure. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Pricing and the First-Order Offer
Prices shown are professional wholesale in US dollars. The first 50 clinics may purchase their first Core and Shield kit for $225, which is 50% off the $450 single-kit price, with no testimonial required. This launch price is limited to the first 50 qualifying clinics and to a first order. After the first 50 clinics, the single-kit price is $450. A further 50% off a second order is available to clinics that submit a testimonial with before and after photos to jeff@mounthydra.com. We may change pricing and offers at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
Refund Policy
Order your first kit and use it on a real patient. If it does not do what you wanted, or your patient is not happy with the result, we will refund the full purchase price of that kit. No performance metric is required, there is no restocking fee, and you do not need to ship anything back.
To request a refund, email info@mounthydra.com with your order details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. This first-order satisfaction refund applies to your initial Core and Shield kit purchase. For volume packs, membership orders, and individual vials, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.
Shipping
Most orders ship within 48 hours, Monday through Thursday. A signature is required on delivery. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery timelines provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Mount Hydra.
Membership Plan
The membership is a recurring, automatically billed subscription. By enrolling you authorize us to charge your payment method $2,925 automatically each month for ten kits, on the same date each month, for a twelve-month commitment period. Kits ship automatically on that schedule. After the twelve-month commitment you may cancel with 30 days written notice to info@mounthydra.com. The Membership Plan is a single tier: a commitment to 10 kits per month in exchange for 35% off your total order, with a twelve-month commitment. Member pricing activates on your first monthly order. Orders auto-ship monthly. You may cancel after your commitment period with 30 days written notice to info@mounthydra.com. Membership approval is at our discretion and typically confirmed within 24 hours of application.
Payment
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider through a hosted checkout. We do not store your full payment card details on this Site. By submitting payment you authorize the charge shown at checkout.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mount Hydra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Core and Shield products or this Site. Clinicians are responsible for the appropriate professional use of the product and for their own patient care decisions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Mount Hydra is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
